The following are rules that apply to the entire site.
Respect all staff. This includes Administrators, Global Moderators, and Moderators.
You may only have one account.
Please do not host a private arguement on the boards. This goes for OOC boards and IC boards, so if you’re going to argue, keep it within private messages so other members don’t have to look at it.
Try to post as much as you can. This is a roleplay forum, and you have time to think about what to write. If you add detail about everything, including the surroundings, your character's actions, etc. then it truly helps with achieving longer posts.
There is a set minimum when posting, and it is in affect in all boards. You must have at least 120 characters in your post (about three lines of text). This obviously does not apply to pms and ooc chat. You just have to find a way around it.
No godmodding or powerplaying. Nobody appreciates it, and you will get a warning if I find it happening.
This is a mature site. There will be cussing, and there will not be any banned words. If you dissagree with this, don't join. I personally believe that there is no need for banned words, and I trust my members to not use these words every other word, and to be mature enough to use them, no matter what the age.
You are entitled to your own opinion, just as everyone else is to theirs.
Though this will be a graphic site, it is purely in our words. I don't want obscene pictures all over the site.
This is an R-rated site. keep it that way. I don't want X-rated stuff or even NC-17. R or lower.
Do not dissobey these rules. For doing so, you will get three warnings, then you will recieve a timed ban.
The following are rules that apply to characters, character creation, etc.
You may have as many characters as you want, as long as they are all kept active. I do retain the right to delete inacctive characters, though I will inform you before doing so.
Each character should be posted in the "Character Creation" board.
Be original when making a character. This means in the name, description, personality, etc.
Keep your character bios updated.
Characters can only be in up to two places at a time.
When creating a character, you must follow the form provided in the creation board.
This is a realistic website! This means that not all characters have to be straight as a board! Gays, Lesbians, Bisexuals, and Transgenders are permited as well as straights.
If you wish to create a special character, such as a lord/lady or one of the chosen ones, follow the guidelines carefully. You may only have one of each.
The following are rules that apply to IC posting.
Do not by any means use chatspeak IC. It is ok for OOC, but not IC.
Spellcheck is there for a reason. Use it.
If you typo, want to add something, want to take something out, etc. and you notice only after you have posted, it is not necessary to erase your entire post, use the modify button!
You must stay in character. Hence the term IC (in character).
Use third-person when posting. First person is only permitted in a thought that your character is having, something your character is saying, or in the OOC boards.
